The Solution Integration analyst will be working with the Launch team to manage data, reporting setup and dashboards. The role is meant to help to create a proper data stream for all stakeholders that interface with the launch team. You will be required to understand project details for ease of proper analysis and presentation to stakeholders.
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems. Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets. Enabling the Solution Integration teams to monitor and track their key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to current business metric collection process
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI/SLA’s in the business
Maintain backend pipeline data sources and ensure critical Solution Integration data pipelines are up and running as expected.
Provide analytical support for Solution Integration teams as needed
Perform Time Per Task data analysis from TPT and Trial projects
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the business initiatives
Evaluate the effects of particular requirements changes and model out scenarios for stakeholders review
Create business flowcharts and cases for process improvements within Solution integration
To keep record of any TPT Test run along with the different impact reasons
To collaborate with the Feedback Loop efforts by providing data results as part of the process.
Hold a Degree in Business/ Actuarial Science/ Mathematics/ Computer Science or equivalent
2-3 years of experience working in a reporting and business analysis environment, with proven ability to deliver high quality & accurate reports and business flow charts within demanding timescales
Extensive Data Analytics tools knowledge
Have good knowledge of SQL, python or R and Relational Databases
Proven ability to create insightful dashboards by use of available visualization tools
Project Management experience would be an added advantage
Strong planning & organizational skill.
Ability to navigate a matrix of time sensitive projects with competing priorities.
Extensive Knowledge of Google suite applications
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - ability to clearly communicate complex quantitative analysis in actionable insights
Detail-oriented and passion for problem-solving
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
