RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIGITAL AD SALES EXECUTIVE

  • Initiate, develop, and maintain both agency and corporate relationships
  • Build a strong pipeline of digital advertising business from the ground up
  • Strategic cross-platform selling of digital, video, mobile, and social
  • Manage all aspects of sales, communications, and negotiations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DIGITAL AD SALES EXECUTIVE

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience selling digital advertising is an added advantage
  • Proven track record of successful digital advertising sales is an added advantage
  • Proven track record of developing and growing new business
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

SKILLS

You will need to have:

  • The ability and desire to sell
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, confident and determined approach
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
  • A good level of numeracy
