Record/ Contract Management

  • Enter, process, verify and maintain data in Human Resources Information System for new hires, employment actions and enrollments.
  • Interpret and apply organization policies and procedures regarding all types of employment actions.
  • Perform data entry, maintenance, and verification for new hires and enrollments.
  • Prioritize data changes with pay calendars and schedules.
  • Provide advice and guidance regarding application of organization policies and procedures for leaves (e.g., leaves of absence, Family Medical Leave).
  • Monitor and maintain leave data, and verifies, and audits results of leave processing in liason with HQ- office
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

HR Services & Systems

  • Design new functionalities and modify existing local/global system
  • Primarily design Job process manuals for each service line and standard operating procedures across all business units.
  • Handle intermediate to advanced HR programming needs to meet customer expectations and support project work- according to project design & deliverables 

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee issues with a focus on conflict resolution and confidentiality.
  • Analyze employee relations trends, provide periodic detailed reports, and propose methods for improvement.
  • Administer and manage employee insurance, pension and gratuity plans.
  • Interpretation and compliance of legislation relating to compensation and benefits regulations.
  • To support managers to maintain good staff relations, providing specialist advice, coaching and practical support.
  • Resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests 
  • Evaluation of the success of the implementation of new HR programs 
  • Development and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace 
  • Provision of advice for department managers on how to deal with employees, most of all in extraordinary situations 
  • Research on labor laws, healthcare regulations, best practices etc. 
  • Leading of negotiations between the organization and employees 

Employee Engagement

  • Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy 
  • Work with management to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals 
  • Work with stakeholders to design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys 
  • Conduct employee focus groups to complement engagement surveys 
  • Create and/or edit tools, training materials, and resources to help management successfully build action plans based on survey results 
  • Create an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication vehicles 
  • Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement 
  • Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement 
  • Help management determine links between engagement and outcomes such as; turnover, healthcare costs, grievances, 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify unique division/location needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy 
  • Manage a professional training and development staff in liaison with Group HR manager

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing staff 
  • Strong experience working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results. 
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines. 
  • Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives. 
  • Excellent influencing, leadership, communication skills - particularly within matrix style organizations. 
  • Experience presenting to different audiences verbally, in writing and in presentation formats 
  • Experience working with detailed information and numerical data and presenting it in a way that is easily understood by people at different levels in the organization. 
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc. 
  • Experience in change management to improve efficiency and effectiveness
