Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Developing area sales plan.
  2. Meeting sales targets within the territory.
  3. The ability to lead, direct and monitor sales team in the implementation of the sales plan to meet company objectives.
  4. Leading and managing a sales team working across multiple channels to ensure flawless execution of sales and commercial strategies.
  5. Generating of timely sales reports and utilize information to optimize performance.
  6. Doing monthly report on trends and activities related to sales in region, competition, pricing as well as new market/product opportunities, effectiveness of marketing programs and recommending changes. 


  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
  2. Project Management qualifications and/or experience will be an added advantage.
  3. Have minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or sales related environment like sales coordination or channel management.
  4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  5. Good planning and organizational skills.
  6. Excellent communication and 'people skills'
  7. The ability to work calmly under pressure.
  8. Willing to travel quite extensively
