§ Compile and distribute post flight and daily baggage report on flights handled.
§ Adhere to KQ WAY principals and best practices.
§ At least 1.5 years experience in airport customer service.
§ Knowledge of CODECO, CORDA and World Tracer
§ Knowledge of IATA baggage related resolutions/recommendations and baggage tracing systems.
§ Knowledge of Company Security Program.
§ Excellent communication skills
