Direct the use of various IT systems in advertising, monitor their effectiveness and ensure optimal utilization at the cost-effective rate
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and liaise with media and advertising firms
To oversee the effectiveness and cost efficiency of all outsourced marketing services.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products/services and manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor & control all communication with clients, staff, suppliers and all stakeholders as well the public to ensure consistent communication. Putting in place marketing plans and projects for the new and existing products/services and managing the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
Conducting continuous market research and surveys on the various businesses in order to ensure that the brand is continuously improved and maintained.
Maintaining contact with Customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
Develop and implement customer loyalty programs, policies and procedures in line with the strategic plan.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications
A degree in Marketing & Business Administration from a recognized institution
Master’s degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
Diploma in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution
Customer care client satisfaction
A minimum of Seven 7 years’ experience of which (4) Four should be in a management position in mainstream Marketing and Customer Service.
Proficiency in Office Suites and Sage systems
Extensive experience in all aspects of Marketing Management and Customer Service
Knowledge of Marketing tools and techniques
Knowledge of and experience in the service industry and similar and operating environment an added advantage
Long-term perspective and cultural sensitivity
