Maintain and monitor training plans in line with Department of Health and follow-up on completions
Maintain compliance with prevailing regulatory Human resource policies and legalities for the organization and its employee.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or similar courses in fields like industrial relations, industrial psychology or business management.
At least 3 years of work experience, the ideal candidate is mature and has overseen talent for medium to large organizations
Experience in supporting and developing staff in multiple locations
Great oral and written communication
Open and comfortable speaking up and sharing your opinion
Highly networked, or ready to build a network, in clinical and medical fields
Registered with Human Resources Management Professionals Examination Board (HRMPEB) or a certified Human Resources Body.
Proven track record recruiting professional at all levels
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends
Comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in strategic planning
