REF: CDML /6/2018 -COMMERCIALIZATION AND DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD

JOB SUMMARY:
The role holder will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing, digital salesforce and customer experience initiatives. Leading strategic planning to enable the Digital Factory to achieve its long-term customer acquisition and retention objectives while achieving maximum value from customers. Driving adoption of new digitized customer journeys and analytics uses cases

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Incumbent will report to the Digital Factory Manager or any other official as may be designated and will be responsible for:
– Setting and being responsible for achieving of the commercial strategic objectives of Digital Factory
– Owning customer acquisition and retention targets (thus, creating and delivering the short and long term marketing and customer acquisition plans including but not limited to digital marketing, salesforce and offline marketing)
– Providing oversight for brand marketing and acquisition, customer experience and digital products
– Driving customer lifecycle management and using advanced analytics to drive value from our customers
– Participating in the preparation of the business plans for Digital Factory
– Implementation of preventive actions to assure targets are achieved
– Driving customer usage of new digitized customer journeys and use cases

COMPETENCIES   REQUIREMENT:

Qualification
–  Bachelors degree and preferably an MBA
– Good standing and assertiveness, with excellent team work attitude and proven ability to influence and coordinate teams beyond his/her own department

Experience
– Minimum of 5 years commercial management experience (3-4 of which should have been in a similar role in e-commerce, telecoms, banking or related industries)
– Experience in consumer segment marketing
– Retail banking experience would be a plus

Knowledge
– Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and acquisition, analytics and digital products
– Experience in developing product visions and customer journeys
