We are looking for a young, savvy, proactive individual to join out team as a Client Relationship Executive. The successful candidate will be working with a growing team to ensure that our clients are adequately served and that our brand visibility is increased through active and consistent marketing.

 

 

Saida is a mobile application that helps individuals get approval for short- term loans, based on their phone activity. Using analytics on how a loan applicant has been using their phone to a) make calls, SMS, data b) transact using mobile money c) social media connections, our system generates a loan limit which one is eligible for.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, both on email and phone.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within acceptable time limits

  • Gather and collate accurate data using the provided CRM tools.

  • Identify problems and offer solutions to better our products and services

  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

 

  1. DIGITAL MEDIA MARKETING

 

  • Promote of company’s products, both offline and online

  • Create engaging blog and social media content

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns

  • Research and maintain up to date information on micro-finance products.

  • Represent company during offline marketing events (as needed)

  • Prepare drafts, proofread and edit all content before publication

  • Active research and tracking of the competitive landscape

 

CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in customer service, preferably in financial products

  • Creativity and proactivity in providing solutions

  • Strong communication skills (writing /verbal).  Proficiency in Swahili is important.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems/tools

  • Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and absorb new assignments

  • Strong understanding of MS products, (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Curious as a cat, in addition to being a fast learner

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision

 

OTHER DESIRED SKILLS

 

  • Understanding of financial products especially micro-finance
