Lead the development of Fertility clinical services in collaboration related Departments and services Liaison with AKDN partners for referral, policies/guidelines and outreach clinical services Liaison with hospital marketing to reach government stakeholders for potential public sector contracting Liaison with hospital marketing to reach third party payers re cost and volume contracts for cancer care Support public health initiatives for fertility treatment Build relationships with private practitioners that support high quality clinical care based around privileging and concentration of subspecialty skills Participate in media activities around public health information and maximizing awareness relating to infertility  Engage with national and regional policy forums on issues of  fertility preservation and treatment


Applicants should have a Fellowship or equivalent subspecialty training in Assisted Reproduction Technology and have a Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Applicants must be registered/ eligible for registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board as Specialists.  Evidence based experience of research through publications and evidence of training / experience in cytopathology will be desirable for this position.  The ideal candidate should have good leadership, effective communication and team building skills
