Job details



  1. Act as a key contact point for Jubilee Insurance financial advisors and offer day-to-day administrative support
  2. Take calls and general emails from agents and customers and answer their questions in a timely and professional
  3. When necessary, make out bound calls to customers in a professional and friendly way
  4. Handle enquiries on and support different types of policy alterations and policy servicing on different types of products efficiently and effectively. Prepare non-financial policy endorsements
  5. Support business projects and ad hoc requirements when required
  6. Manage the branch’s administrative tasks as required and handle daily working reports for the branch
  7. Manage the in force and lapsed customers, direct client booking and drive policy reinstatements to meet persistency targets
  8. Provide analysis on different initiatives at the branches
  9. Ensure enrollment of customers and financial advisors on self-service portals
  10. Carry out initial underwriting for all submitted businesses

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Related Field

2. MS Excel skills and knowledge of standard software packages

3. Knowledge of legislation governing insurance in Kenya

4. Progress in professional qualification in insurance will be an added advantage (LOMA,CII)


Relevant Experience

At least 1 year experience in a business operations or customer service role
