Receiving calls and visitors to the office.
Ensuring that office inventory is maintained.
Scheduling return appointments, required, for clients after they have been seen or examined.
Ensuring that counseling, examination and procedure rooms are ready for use each day as well as after each visit.
Certificate in Secretarial studies.
Proficiency in computer application software.
2 years experience in a clinical set-up with a heavy client flow.
For Kisumu office – Must have experience working with key populations (MARPS) in any capacity or he/she must have been a Kps.
Must be pleasant and have good communication skills.
