Liaise with the different department heads in the different clinical areas and have a listing of the key items that need to be communicated to the public.
Maintain a schedule of the annual key communication milestones in healthcare and liaise with the department heads to ensure that the information goes out.
Develop a communication plan and share it with the Senior Managers for approval.
Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
Based on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
Presents design ideas and recommendations to Head of marketing and Communications, committee, or marketing team.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
