Veteran media personality Catherine Kasavuli has assured the public that she is doing well and getting ready for a second medical procedure as she battles cervical cancer.

"Always depend on your Higher Power, pray for as much as you can, at least while you have the strength," she wrote.

Kasavuli is currently admitted to KNH- private wing.

Adding: "If you have at least two friends or colleagues you can always count on, appreciate them. They're very rare ."
