1 tablespoon olive oil
3 large carrots cut into strips
To make the humus
In a blender, put in the chickpeas. Discard the liquid. Go in with the garlic clove, olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
Give it a blend and then add in the tahini and ice cubes. Blend until smooth then pour over a plate.
Garnish with olive oil and serve with some carrot strips or sticks. Enjoy!
