Infidelity is one of the cruelest monsters that attacks relationships. It can instantly shatter relationships that have been going strong for years and it remains a big reason why couples split up.

For a long time, women have been assumed to be lovely and innocent but actually, more stories are coming up of women cheating at almost the same rate as men.

It’s very sad and heartbreaking for a loyal man to realize that the love of his life might be a pretender and, there are signs he missed to look out for.

If you’re suspecting that your partner is being disloyal, these five red flags might help you confirm that something could be going on:

She is less eager to hang out with you

A lady who is in love will have a hard time being apart from you. Even when you’ve already passed the honey moon stage, there should still be some eagerness to see you after work, to go on surprise dates and basically be around you even if it’s just sitting at home watching Netflix.

When there is a shift in your relationship where she’s always coming up with excuses or that you’re the one who’s putting in all the effort to see her, she might have focused her attention on someone else.

She will be constantly glued to her phone

We are living in the age of technology right now, no doubt. These are times when we rely on our devices to carry out every day transactions and honestly, it can be a struggle to resist spending hours on social media.

Unfortunately, these same devices have made cheating easier since a cheating partner can be flirting and making date plans when they’re right next to you.

Be on the lookout if you see that your girl is now spending so much time texting someone mysterious on her phone, if she’s receiving secretive calls often including past a certain time at night or her phone is constantly placed with the screen facing down and she cannot allow anyone including the children to touch it.

She has started dressing up more for work

Cheating at the work place happens more often than you may think. It’s such a convenient environment to meet someone new and the whole situation can go unnoticed since people spend a lot of time at work anyway.

When you’re interested in someone at work, you naturally want to present your best self but in this case, it’s not a good thing if you’re not single.

If that happens, she might suddenly start buying new clothes, putting on more makeup, doing her nails when she wasn’t bothered before and taking extra care of her hair and looks.

Oh, since she can’t hide the excitement, she will start talking about the new manager too so be on the lookout for those subtle changes.

She will become more irritable for no reason

It’s natural to have some days when you’re feeling a bit gloomy. But, it’s strange when someone suddenly starts being harsher and more irritable around you know you have not done anything to upset them.

If she’s now acting completely different towards you and can’t really give you a direct reason why she’s acting up and being moody, there could be a deeper story than what she’s telling you.

She will accuse you of cheating

While it’s true that many men cheat, there’s still a good number of guys out there who are loyal to their partners.

You might even be in a situation where you’ve never been disloyal to your partner but somehow, they seem to keep pushing the idea that you’re cheating as a way of covering up their own guilt.

If this happens, she is basically projecting her feelings because she’s the one that’s actually cheating. Investigate.
