How to start your self-care routine in 2022

At the end of each year, it’s always important to self-reflect on how the year has been for you. Remind yourself of the things you are most grateful for and heal from the things that might have disappointed you so that you step into the new year with clarity.

A great way to get you started is by thinking of how you can start a good self-care routine. This is important for your overall wellbeing and it contributes greatly to a positive beginning each year.

  • Make a routine that fits your schedule

No self-care routine is exactly the same. That is because we all have varying daily schedules which don’t always allow us to copy paste someone else’s routine.
