This recipe is an amazing twist to the traditional pancakes. We will make mini pancakes out of the mixture and then skewer them on bamboo skewers. We will then combine the pancakes with strawberries and sliced bananas and serve with chocolate sauce.
What you will need:
1 1/4 cups white flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 whole eggs
20 bamboo skewers
1 packet fresh strawberries
3 bananas sliced

What to do:
In a medium bowl, add the eggs one by one and beat the eggs with a hand whisk until fluffy.
Add milk and continue to whip until mixture is combined.
Add the flour bit by bit and continue to whip the mixture until it is nice and thick.
Add the sugar, cinnamon powder a pinch of salt, vanilla essence and continue to mix.
Add one heaped teaspoon of baking powder. Mix well until combined, then set aside.
Cut the bananas and strawberries into thick slices. Set aside in separate bowls.
In a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt a teaspoon of butter.
Use a tablespoon to pour the pancake mixture in the pan. Make four mini pan cakes at a time. Flip them after a minute and make the rest.
Once pancakes are cooked, make your skewers. Start with a pancake, then a slice of banana then a slice of strawberry.
Repeat the sequence until your skewer is full.
Serve as a treat on its own with some chocolate sauce on the side.
