Any unwanted conduct of a sexual nature which results in violating someone’s dignity, or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for them is sexual harassment and includes:

1. Indecent or suggestive remarks

2. Unwanted requests or demands for sex

3. The unsolicited dissemination of pornography or pornographic materials

4. Sexually suggestive signals such as facial expressions, winking, blowing kisses, or licking lips. Cat calls.

5. Turning work discussions to sexual topics

6. Sexual innuendos or stories

7. Asking about sexual fantasies, preferences, or history

8. Personal questions about social or sexual life

9. Sexual comments about a person’s clothing, anatomy, or looks

10. Inappropriate touching an employee’s clothing, hair, or body

11. Unwanted pressure for sexual favours

12. Unwanted deliberate touching, leaning over, cornering, or pinching

13. Unwanted letters, telephone calls, or materials of a sexual nature
