“The party will be kicking off early as people need to get their full dose of fun before curfew time. I am glad shows are back and that Kenyans can enjoy the best of music as they socialise,” Crème told Standard & Lifestyle, noting he is optimistic the show will be lit.
Starting noon, the most celebrated Kenyan female deejay Pierra Makena leads a team of deejay to Carnivore ground for the third edition on Park and Chill, an outdoors social event that features deejays thrilling fans – as they enjoy good time from their cars. The exciting thing about this event is that one is allowed to bring their own bottle to the party. Among the deejays participating will be Coco, Sos, Jay The Deejay and the queen; Pierra herself.
Sanaipei Tande is the girl to watch tonight as she goes worldwide in a virtual concert; 47 Million Reasons, that will be airing on KTN Home and BTV starting 10.30pm till midnight. Speaking to Standard Entertainment & Lifestyle, the gorgeous talented singer said she will be equal to the task as fans remain anxious to welcome her comeback.
“It has been two years since I stepped on stage with a band and this 47 Million Reasons performance beings out that kind of energy artistes like to showcase to fans. It is giving me a chance to perform most of my upbeat songs some of which I haven’t done in a long time such as Najuta,” a rather optimistic Sanaipei says as she prepares for tonight’s concert. “I am very proud and honoured to be part of this great musical project. Being picked to showcase my music in such events creates such a great opportunity for me and my music fans,” she remarks.
