Word on the street had it that Singer Tanasha Donna had been placed under mandatory quarantine by authorities after attending a birthday party. However, it turns out that the reports were not true.

In an interactive session with her fans via her Insta-stories, the mother of one came out to caution her fans not to believe everything they read online. While at it, she dispelled the quarantine reports as fake news saying that she is just home.

“I’m not in quarantine those are false and fake news. I’m not in quarantine! Don’t believe what you see in media please,” she said.

Last week, reports went viral on social media, alleging that Donna was arrested at the said birthday party and forced into self-quarantine in line with measures put in place to stop the spread of Covid-19.

Tanasha posted videos of herself attending the house party on Good Friday to celebrate one Tim Matiba’s birthday, who is believed to be a manager of a popular Mombasa Road club.

She posted a video of herself driving in the dark, way after the 7pm curfew.

In the same Instagram interaction session with her fans, Tanasha said that she is very single and not really looking forward to any relationship at the moment.

“I’m single and not ready to mingle. I got a husband and that’s my music. I have so much [music] in store for you,” she added.

Just over two weeks ago, the lass shared a glimpse of what she said is her new house located in one of the leafy Nairobi suburbs, a month since she called it quits with Bongo star Diamond Platnumz.

“God is good. Big things are happening in my life, I just got a house and I am moving in next week. I am so grateful to God for what he’s doing in my life. Great things are coming my way and next week you’ll see what I am talking about.” She said.

The personality admitted they were indeed apart but was not in a position to elaborate what exactly led to the split.

“I know a lot of your guys wanna know about what went down in my relationship and my personal life. This is not something I’m ready to come out with in public just as yet. It’s something very personal and everybody has their timing of coming out with their own stories, so I’m not here to talk about what happened in my previous relationship,” she said.

She, however, urged her fans to be patient with her as she would soon be opening up.

“It’s never easy to deal with a breakup but am focusing on what matters the most, but I’m grateful all is well. And in the next few weeks I will tell a bit of my story in a magazine that I’m on the cover because I see everybody wants to know what happened,” she continued.
