Kim Kardashian has been accused of an incredible Photoshop fail for a picture that appears to show her with a missing body part. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 40, has become the focus of social media speculation for a recent Instagram photo. In the image taken on her controversial private island birthday trip, Kim posed in swimsuits with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney.
Kim captioned the image: "Girls just wanna have sun". Kourtney commented: "Name a better trio". However, many on Twitter have quickly zeroed in on the location of Kim's right arm as part of it cannot be seen once placed behind her sister Khloe. Kim has her arm wrapped around Khloe's back, but in a gay between Khloe's arm and her side, it's a bush in the background that's visible rather than Kim's arm. While it is very much possible that her arm is hidden by Khloe's bicep, many have posited the theory that Kim has doctored the photo and her arm is missing as a result.
One person wrote on Twitter: "I’m sorry Kim. I just don’t see the rest of your arm behind Khloe. I’m concerned". Another person joked: "I’m sorry you lost your right arm at your secret island Kim. we are all praying for you". Meanwhile, a different social media user replied to the photo on Twitter with: "Girls just wanna *see undoctored photos that actually represent realistic body types for their everyday selves*".
Elsewhere, another Twitter user questioned: "Where is the rest of your arm, did it get photoshopped out like the rest of you?" However, one person noted: "Okay, this is a dumb comment... Its obvious her arm is going up along the back of Khloe's". The post comes as Kim has come under fire on social media for sharing messages from her 40th birthday bash on a private island.
She penned on social media earlier this week: "Before COVID, I don't think any of us truly appreciated what a simple luxury it was to be able to travel and be together with family and friends in a safe environment. "After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time."
