Renowned Kenyan radio and events host Shaffie Weru is in the US to celebrate his daughter’s graduation.
Shaffie shared photos of his first born daughter, Milan Arafa’s graduation from high school on social media.
“Milan’s graduation. Onto the next chapter #Allahamdulillahforeverything#proudfathermoment#babymilan#theraverends1stdaughter,” posted Shaffie alongside photos of a beaming Milan at the Murrieta Mesa High School.
Sh12.6 billion school
According to the California-based school’s website, it was opened in 2009 and currently has an enrolment of 2,200 students.
The school, which seats on a 62-acre piece of land cost Sh12.6 billion to build and boasts of among other amenities state-of-the-art athletic facilities including a pool complex, stadium, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball court and a 750-seat performing arts theatre.
