CAUSES OF OILY SKIN

Oily skin is caused by overactive glands that produce too much sebum. During puberty, increased androgen levels, which are male hormones present in both male and female signals the oil glands of the skin to mature. The good news about Oily skin is that it helps the skin to age slowly with less fine lines and wrinkles.

The sad news about Oily skin is that at some point it can produce excess oil which feels uncomfortable and again people with oily skin tend to suffer more with acne, pimples, face .black and white heads.

HOW TO CURE OILY SKIN

Just because you have an oily skin doesn't mean you are supposed to wash it after every other minute. If you do that you will be stressing the skin it might end up feeling so dry and irritation. Don't try to remove all the oil from face. The oil on our skin helps protect it and fight signs of aging. Stripping it all away can damage your skin and even cause signs of premature aging. Majority of people who develop getting fine lines and wrinkles they have DRY SKIN.

Beauty Market is flooded with so many products please be cautious enough before you purchase any product get a minute and check on the ingredients of the product to see if you have the best product suitable for your skin.

USE TOPICAL PRODUCTS

CLEANSER containing BENZOYL PEROXIDE, SALICYLIC ACID, GLYCOLIC ACID OR BETA HYDROXY ACID are often considered the best. Use a TONER free of alcohol. MASK use a clay mask only once a week it helps draw out dirt and oil leaving your pores clean. Don't use it more than a week it can dry out your skin.

MOISTURIZER – I’ve heard many people saying they don't need to oil their skin because it's oily already. Thats wrong. Even oily skin can be dehydrated and requires moisture to stay healthy make sure you use a light ,oil-free moisturizer.

DON'T JUST USE ANY MAKE UP

Remember you have an oily skin.Avoid pore clogging products that feel heavy. Go for a matifying foundation, use powder eye shadow rather than cream eyeshadows, use mineral powder, use powder blush rather than cream blush or use translucent powder two or three times to blot off the oil. If the oil is too much use a piece of cloth or a tissue wipes to blot off the excess oil because if you add more powder on with the oil it will look cakey.
