It’s true. The rumors are getting more accurate by the minute that Somali artist K’naan is residing in Nairobi professionally and as a tourist.

Images of the Wavin Flag artist leaked earlier this year where he was spotted at the Coast with Coasterian rapper Kaa La Moto.

He was also reported to be meeting with fine contemporary artist Bradley Theodore and designer cum creative director Zedy Loki on confidential assignments.

Now Karun of Camp Mulla has confirmed the emcee is indeed in the capital of Nairobi.

Yesterday, the talented singer posted his nduthi ride letting the cat out of the bag as he combed through the Kileleshwa traffic in a mysterious black and white video.

The Soobax artist has had a long history with Nairobi. His breakthrough single ‘Soobax’ was a music video shot in Nairobi that used the hustle and bustle elements in Eastleigh as the muse and centerpiece of the music video. The song was featured on EA sports, a popular video game, Fifa 06.
