Bonfire adventures co-owner Sarah Kabu has displayed her disappointment following the theft of Baby Malaika's gifts in London. Speaking during an interview with Mungai Eve , Sarah Kabu revealed that she would send a friend to buy gifts from a specific shop in London.
"I can't wait to go visit her. I had talked to Bahati and told him that I had already organized for her gifts so when Simon comes back, we are going to visit and see the baby now I feel so bad the gifts have been stolen but I think I will talk to one of my friends to go back to the shop and buy others. I have a friend in London who had suggested the shop to me..."
She revealed that she felt connected to Bahati's newborn and looked forward to visiting the baby adding that baby Malaika has a special place in her heart.
"I feel so connected to her. I can't wait to see her. I think like she will always have a special place in my heart. I can't wait to meet her."
Narrating about the theft incident Simon Kabu said, "Watu huko waliniibia gifts ata gifts za Sarah zote. Tulikuwa tumeenda dinner na mabeshte.
It's an exclusive restaurant we had gone to a very posh hotel. Kuna magari nyingi ziko parked so after most cars had left, mtu aka break in kwa gari akatoa bags."
During the interview, Sarah revealed that she was excited when she learnt that the Bahatis received their bundle of joy. Sarah who had suggested the baby's name explained to her fans how she came up with it.
"When I saw them asking for names, you know I love Kiswahili names you know even my babies have Kiswahili names. Many people were saying the third born should be called Angel so I was like Angel is such a common name why don't you call her Malaika. So I was just commenting like any other fan but of course it's what I would do for my child..."
Malaika Bahati who was born on November 1, gathered over 11 thousand followers on her Instagram page 24 hours after her birth.Today, she has over 22 thousand follwers.
Malaika just like the rest of Bahati's babies was born rich. Even before her birth, she was already an ambassador for a beauty brand labelled Amorleen.
