Friends forever. They are the people we surround ourselves with; the people that brighten our faces. We love them. Sometimes for who they are. Sometimes for what they make us feel. We cannot fully describe why we have tiers of friends.
In life, we need the right people around us; regardless of the circumstances to enable us achieve our goals. It is said nature and nurture make a person. Chances are that we will meet a great deal of people along the way.
When considering romantic interests we instantly conjure up an idealistic image of our dream guy/girl. For guys we consider a light flawless skin, slim, comparatively shorter, elegant eyes and meticulously accentuated curves. We tend to be attracted to girls that have these characteristics, before we get to know their personality and character.
The narrative that one ought to keep themselves until marriage to have sex is fast fading. In fact, it has been fading since in the last two generations. Culturally, there were different traditions that provided for indulgences for different rites of passage.
The LGBT movements and activists are getting bolder every day. Although most African countries have termed homosexuality as un-African, there is no denying from the well-attended demonstration that the number of gay people are increasing or at least raising their voices.
This is Africa, where men rule over everything. They (we) have populated the continent with our offspring. We have ruled over majority of the states. We have defined culture to serve our interests. A man eats the best parts of the meat. A man gets the best hut (sometimes constructed by women). A man is never questioned, he accounts only to himself. And so on and so on....
