Despite growing concerns over the spread of Coronavirus in Nigeria, singer Davido performed at a nightspot in Ibadan City, Oyoo State on the night of March 21, 2020. Davido entertained a crowd of more than 50 people at Stone Café despite warnings by Nigerian federal and state governments to avoid social gatherings and practice social distancing. A video posted on the Instagram page of Stone Cafe Ibadan confirmed that indeed, Davido held a show at the club.
The video showed the Skelewu hit-maker sitting in the club as a large number of people trooped in to greet him. He was seen posing for photographs with Asiwaju Segun Olalere, the CEO of the club.

With these shots, @davido certainly held a show in Ibadan yesterday right? He will soon come back on this platform to whine about "bad governance".
