Wema Sepetu is mourning following the death of her brother, Mkusa Sepetu.
Announcing the news of his demise on her Instagram page, Wema posted a picture of him with the caption, “RIP my Brother... Rest Easy kaka angu... Mkusa Sepetu.”
In support, Sepetu’s fans flooded her comments section with condolence message to her and her family during their difficult moment.

Shabanigalms Pole sana kwa kupatwa na msiba dada, ila usijali yote mipango ya Allah. Muhimu ni kuweka yote mikononi mwake kwakuwa yeye ni faraja.
Wema remembers father
The popular actress also lost her father, Abraham Isaac Sepetu in 2013 and according to Wema, she still finds it difficult to accept his demise to date.
Remembering her father during his 76th birthday, Wema eulogized him with an emotional letter.
“If only you were alive, today would’ve been your 76th birthday daddy. My true Libra king. I celebrate you today daddy. I love you so very much, now until forever. May you continue to rest in eternal peace my only true and first love.
“Oh God! I just miss you so much it hurts. I want to call, sing and come to you give you the biggest hug ever but I can’t! Inauma Mungu wangu. Sidhani kama hali hii inazoeleka Yarabby. I love you I love you I love you daddy!” she wrote.
This is however not the first time Wema has outwardly expressed her grief towards her father’s demise. In a previous post the bongo actress posted a picture visiting her late father’s resting place explaining that she misses him.
“Couldn’t come home and not go see my First Love. I miss my Daddy. Feels so good to spend some quality time with him. I know he is happy.”
‘Bury me next to him’
Other than remembering her departed father, Wema requested that her family bury her next to her late dad when she is no more.
“I miss you so much. That was the first thing I said to him. And I know I will always miss him till the day I die. But something that makes me happy is the fact that I will be buried next to my daddy when I die. Inshallah. Keep resting in Eternal peace my love.”
