Couple charged for 'raping teenage boy while their children slept nearby'

By Mirror | September 23rd 2015

A couple is accused of holding a 16-year-old boy down and raping him as part of a sexual act also involving a young woman.

Laura Bentley and Jason Schlueter's six-year-old daughter told police she was smacked after waking up and walking in on the attack.

The boy told police he was raped by Laura Bentley and Jason Schlueter at their home while the couple's children slept nearby.

Bentley has been charged with sodomy, while Schlueter was charged with sodomy and rape following the alleged incident, which happened in late August or early September last year.

The boy allegedly told the pair he was not interested in group sex, but claims Schlueter held him down while Bentley and the other woman, who is under 21, raped him.

One of the couple’s young children, a girl of six, told officers she was smacked after waking up and walking in on the alleged attack.

She later identified by name all four of the people involved in the alleged rape, the Daily News reported.

Bentley claimed her daughter witnessed a different threesome, which did not involve the teenage boy, police said.

However Schlueter admitted to the foursome but claimed he never touched the boy and “did not know” if Bentley had.

It is not yet known if the other woman will face charges relating to the incident.
