WOMEN 4 CANCER WALK
05 March 2019The Standard Group was the official media partner of the Women 4 Cancer walk. The walk attracted local dignitaries, including Uasin Gishu county women representative,Gladys Boss Shollei,First Lady Taita Taveta,Stella Samboja among the hundreds that showed their support for the Women 4 Cancer Globeathon Cancer Walk on Sunday 28th Jan, 2018. The annual Women 4 Cancer Globeathon Walk took place at Karura Forest, with hundreds turning up in support of the charity event. Organized by the Women 4 Cancer Early Detection and Treatment, a top rated local cancer charity, the walk is a fundraising platform to facilitate free cancer screening camps for women all over the country.
