02 October 2017Relay For Life world’s biggest cancer fundraiser, helping to save lives from every form of every stage of every cancer. The Kenya Cancer Association on Saturday 30th September hosted the Relay for Life at the KICC for a 24 Hour fun filled Event where they celebrated Survivors, remembered those they have lost and fight back against Cancer, they incorporated different activities, including walks, music, and awareness creation talks.
The event sought to promote community cancer awareness, advocate change, and reduce the burden of cancer locally. Funds raised through relay for life will enable the Kenya Cancer Association to provide crucial patient support programmes and raise cancer awareness.
