Dutch business delegation in Kenya to scout for opportunities

A Dutch health care business delegation of about 20 companies will be in the country to look for investment opportunities.

Their three-day visit is meant to deepen knowledge and opportunities for Dutch companies in the life sciences and health sectors in Kenya, in line with the “Aid to Trade” agenda of the Dutch Government.

The Dutch have identified the health sector in Kenya as a promising market for partnerships and business opportunities.

The economic relations between the two countries are strong, with the Netherlands being the third largest export destination of Kenyan products.

The Netherlands plans to support the Kenyan Government to facilitate co-operation with the private sector for healthcare in the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Platform in Kenya.
