Tecno’s Camon CX and PhonePad 3 set to shake up the mobile market

Premium mobile phone brand, Tecno mobile has launched yet another phone that will definitely shake up the mobile market in Kenya.

The handset is targeting the young and smartphone users who are keen on the camera quality and are big in taking ‘selfies’.

The Camon CX will be available in 41 countries across Africa, the Middle East and Latin America after its official launch in Nairobi.

Since the Camon series was introduced in 2015, over 5 million handsets globally have been sold, helping consumers experience high quality selfie technology at the touch of a button.

Securing their position as the leading smartphone provider in African markets such as Nigeria, Tanzania, Egypt, Kenya and Cameroon, TECNO Mobile has adopted the latest visual technology in the Camon CX. 

The smartphone uses a smart image sensor composed of 16 mega pixel sensors in the front camera, coupled with unique ‘4 in 1’ technology.

The TECNO Camon CX comes with 5.5-inch FHD IPS touch display, 1.5GHz octa-core, Android 7.0 (Nougat) with HiOS, 2GB RAM and 16GB Storage with support for memory card up to 128GB,

  Fingerprint Sensor (Rear) and 3200 mAh Battery with Fast Charging.

At the same time Tecno mobile has also unveiled the PhonePad 3 which comes packed with wonderful specs. The phone pad has a7.0-inch display, with a fabulous design making it a gadget of choice for young professionals. The highlight of the design is the 7.85 mm svelte profile.

The phonepad has a 2GB RAM and runs on an android 6.0 operating system with a 1.3GHz Quad-Core CPU.

Tecno mobile has also ensured that their products are backed by a strong customer care in all the major towns in Kenya.
