Resolution Health seeks full insurance status

Resolution Health East Africa is seeking approval from the Insurance Regulatory Authority to become a fully-fledged insurer in Kenya.

The firm’s chief executive officer, Peter Nduati said conversion into fully fledged insurance company would enable the medical insurer provide seamless medical insurance services in the country and across East Africa.

“We are proud as Resolution to be key development partner of the country and with our conversion to a fully-fledged Insurance we aim to take the benefits of medical insurance to all sectors of the economy,” he said.

Nduati said Resolution Insurance Tanzania is now a fully-fledged insurance company and the firm is keen to have the same in Kenya. He said Resolution Health Insurance Brokers Tanzania has been awarded a Certificate of Registration by the Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority after satisfactorily meeting all the requirements.

“Resolution Insurance is a formidable company that truly desires to be a key stakeholder of the Insurance Industry,” said Nduati in a statement.

He added that the conversion of the company is proof the opportunities of investment in the insurance market in Tanzania is growing.
