Kenya Police have registered the biggest win of the day after thrashing Vihiga Bullets 4-0 in an FKF Premier League match played at Ruaraka Grounds in Nairobi.

Former AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia winger Clifford Miheso scored a brace with Clinton Kinanga and Duke Abuya adding to the scoresheet as Police bagged their fourth win of the season while condemning the visitors to their 10th loss of the campaign.

Bottom placed Bullets who were promoted recently and are still hunting for their first win of the season put up a spirited fight in the first half, managing to contain the lethal Police attack but they eventually crumbled in the last minutes of the period.

Miheso opened the scoring in the third minute of stoppage time after being set up by Cornelius Juma to give the hosts a narrow 1-0 lead into the halftime break.

In the final half, Police doubled the lead just five minutes in the second half from the spot courtesy of Duke Abuya.

Mangeni was brought down in the box which saw the center referee point to the spot. Former Sharks star Abuya stepped up to double the lead.

In the 56th minute, Kinanga made it 3-0 for the Service Men before Miheso completed his brace at the hour mark.

The win sees Police move 10th on the log with 15 points while Bullets remained rooted at the bottom of the log with two points after 12 matches.

In Nakuru Kariobangi Sharks condemned hosts Ulinzi Stars to a 1-0 defeat in a match played at ASK Showground.

Patrick Otieno scored the solitary goal of the match in the 13th minute handing his team an important away win that saw Sharks end their four-match winless streak.
