Six exam centres in Marsabit and Isiolo counties have been closed over floods. The candidates have been moved to other centres where they will sit their national examinations.

Eastern Region Director of Education Patrick Khaemba said his office has prepared adequately for the examinations.

He said there are helicopters and vehicles on standby to reach every exam centre in the region. “We have floods in many areas.

The most affected county is Marsabit.

However, we have made arrangements to ensure that no candidate will miss exams due to floods,” Mr Khaemba said.

He warned centre managers against irregularities.
