Ujuzisoka arrived yesterday afternoon in Salou, Spain and straightaway started their one week training conducted by Koolton Soccer Camps coaches in Cambril Stadium.

The combined teams drawn from several soccer academies in Nairobi, started enjoying a feel of artificial turf through a two-hour session at Koolton Soccer Camp under head coach Mark Miguel, goalkeeper trainer  Josep Maria, Raul Mark and Gerald Miguel.

Mark Miguel of Koolton Sports Academy said his first session was to teach the kids ball handling techniques to understand how they can react before receiving the ball and what to do with it.

“It is important for kids to learn to think first, long before the ball gets to their feet. We teach them how to prepare react to such a situation,” Miguel said.

Maria said he would assess the physical condition of the Ujuzisoka Academy goalkeepers and how they position themselves in goal.
