A man charged with trafficking heroin worth Sh47 million has told a court he was framed by police who planted the drugs in his car.
Nabil Loo told Senior Principle Magistrate Diana Mochache on Monday that he had never possessed or come into contact with heroin and was shocked to hear police claim it was recovered from a car alleged to be his.

“Whatever was recovered from the car is not mine,” said Mr Loo, who is charged alongside two others following his arrest on February 13 last year.
He also told the court that the car intercepted by police during his arrest did not belong to him.
