Muhoroni Youth chairman Moses Adagala says their win against AFC Leopards in a Kenyan Premier League match at the weekend was due to hard work and commitment from the players.

“After engaging in a tussle with AFC Leopards over the venue to host the match, I urged my boys to train hard and they did just this and fell the giants,” said Adagala who thanked the team for their good fighting spirit.

Adagala, however said their good performance may be curtailed by lack of sponsorship.

“As a young team without sponsors, we struggle to honour our matches and I urge sponsors to come on board,” added Adagala who thanked Muhoroni Sugar Company Receiver Manager Thomas Makeni for his continued support to the club.

He thanked all fans led by Selly Kallot for rallying behind the club.
