Once upon a time there was a popular slogan: Don’t be vague, just say Hague. Now that we are in Hague, everything looks vague, hazy and even fuzzy.
Just what is going inside the heads of the so-called ICC witnesses, who now scream from the rooftops that they actually never witnessed anything? Some things are like “Vindeo and ndrama”. One of them even had the audacity of shouting that his life was in danger, insinuating that ICC was after his life!
Villains
If they are mistaking themselves for some kind of heroes, someone kindly tell them the truth. They are stinking villains. PointBlank is ashamed they are Kenyans. To give false testimony against suspects – and accuse them of committing crimes against humanity – whether voluntarily, after being induced or coerced, is the worst sin you can commit against anyone.
To lie in a serious matter where over 1,000 people were killed, so that you can “live better life” is the height of wickedness. We can only hope that ICC reserves the severest punishment for witnesses who send the court on a goose chase.
