Court dismissal of IEBC decision to block Wavinya Ndeti has Kenyans talking

John Kaburu: We have not been told why a judge suspended IEBC's decision to lock Wavinya Ndeti out of Machakos gubernatorial race. The judge made a ruling based on facts of law which have not been reported by some media houses.

Karen Jones: It was clear from the start that the ruling by the IEBC tribunal would be overturned. Why did they clear her in the first place only to turn around and annul her candidature?

Bre Muthoni: At this rate, I see Justice Odunga nullifying Uhuru’s election in September if he wins unfairly.

Joyce May: It was just a political game to distract Wavinya. Governor Mutua must now be a worried man having thought IEBC had helped him eliminate his biggest rival.

Charles Mwabili: There were no technicalities this time round. Even presidential petitions will not be based on technicalities
