Today at 10pm the World will shift its attention to Kenya’s son and the country’s pride David Lekuta Rudisha when the starting gun for 800metres final is fired at the London Olympics.

A man reputed as the best Olympic track star perhaps rivaled by Jamaica’s Usain Bolt only will be watched by millions of people worldwide on TV as Kenya’s sporting talent is tested among nations.

On his Facebook page Kenyans and fans worldwide are swamping him with “Go for Gold and Bring back Kenya’s Gold “ messages.
