The Huduma Centres are becoming inefficient and ineffective

The promulgation of the new constitution has seen the devolution of government services to the reach of the common 'mwananchi'. Among them was issuance of identity cards, HELB application services, NHIF subscription and NSSF services.

Kenyans as a result could evidently feel proud of the new Kenyan constitution. Initially, it could take one in need of these services several months to access them or were forced to travel to Nairobi, the capital city to get their needs addressed in what was considerable timely. We must appreciate the fact that the number of Huduma Centers is less; no wonder whenever you storm into any of them, you won't be mesmerized by the queue over there.
