KTN Prime: News : CORD split over joint nominations

Following yesterday’s announcement by the cord coalition to hold joint nominations for their parties, a section of parties allied to the coalition have rejected the proposal. The parties which include wavinya ndeti’s chama cha uzalendo and kalembe ndile’s tip have indicated that they will support cord’s presidential and deputy presidential candidates but do their party’s nominations for the other seats separately. The other parties rejecting the joint nominations include people’s democratic party, chama cha mwananchi, muungano party, united democratic front, kadu asili and kenya social congress
