A special bench of three high court judges - lady justice Mumbi Ngugi, justice George Odunga and justice Joel Ngugi , has today nullified the appointment of mumo matemu as chairperson of the ethics and anti-corruption commission. The judges said Matemu had failed the integrity test under chapter six of the constitution and was therefore unsuitable. The court accused the executive and parliament of having cleared Matemu for appointment yet serious allegations had been levelled against him over his involvement in shaddy transactions while serving as a legal officer at the agricultural finance corporation
