KTN Prime: TANA RIVER UPDATE

The 1,300 general service police officers deployed to contain the deadly clashes that have so far claimed the lives of close to 120 people have arrived in the Tana Delta, and have already been deployed to their respective sectors. Police helicopters have been patrolling the troubled areas all day, in an operation that hopes to recover the illegal arms in the hands of a militia said to have retreated into the forest.
