Livestock assistant minister and Galole MP Dadho Godana was arrested today and charged with two counts of incitement to violence in Tana river. Godana is the first politician to be arrested over the chaos that has rocked the Tana delta and left over 100 people dead in the last one month. this came as members of parliament approved a motion urging president mwai kibaki to send Kenya defence forces into Tana river to restore peace and stabilize the area.
