KTN Prime: Cancer campaign:99 days of cancer campaign

Cancer cases have become rampant in the country. Cancer treatment is extremely expensive and inaccessible by many especially the poor in urban slums and rural areas. The Kenya association of cancer has launched a campaign dabbed 99 days of cancer campaign that will not only create awareness on cancer but will push the government to strengthen health centers to be able to screen and even treat cancer patients affordably. Here is KTN’s Angel Katusia with a story of a woman surviving cancer amid poverty.
