KTN Prime: Cabinet supports Biometric voter registration.

Cabinet has now resolved to support the use of bio-metric voter registration even after the independent electoral and boundaries commission shelved plans to introduce it for the coming general election. The decision reached at a cabinet meeting this morning now introduces a new angle to the BVR debate that had exposed serious divisions within the IEBC but which the commissioners denied. Ktn’s Anne Soy-Mwendia reports.
